      Start your day like this-

      Start taking everyday honey with cinnamon powder after moving your bowels. It is very effective.
      Do not eat anything within 1 hour of taking honey and cinnamon. Then Go for brisk walk and jogging.
      In breakfast take oats, or corn flakes.
      Reduce your sugar levels, eat more fruit rather than drinking juice. Apple is great for weight loss. Have soup instead of salty snacks,chips.
