- 4 hardboiled eggs, shelled and halved
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 pound ham, diced
- 2 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
- 4 teaspoons desired salad dressing
Instructions :
Be sure to wash the vegetables before slicing. Mix and toss the vegetables and then top with the eggs, bacon and avocado. Finish with the salad dressing.
Caveman Steak
- 2 pieces of beef steaks of desired cut (about 1-inch thick)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Sea salt according to taste
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions :
- Preheat broiler to high.
- Combine the ingredients except the beef steaks in a bowl to make the oil mixture.
- Place the meat on the broiler pan and then brush both sides with the mixture.
- Broil the steaks according to desired level (i.e., medium-rare).
